How Sweet It Is

A country vintage wedding. That's what JB Knacker shop girl extraordinaire had for her beautiful union to computer guy and all around nice guy, Rob. You should have been there...it was joyous, touching and sweet. Tawnya is one vintage gal from her 1950's wedding dress to her classic cat eye glasses, she lives the vintage life. You gotta love their reception outfits! Oh! and we all danced to Buddy Holly or at least one really good singer that looked the part.

Congrats you two! You make a perfect couple!!

Now I must talk a little shop...JB Knacker has an Inspiration Board Workshop in its near future. Wednesday, July 15th from 6-8pm, the shop will host its 2nd Inspiration Board Workshop (please scroll down to see post from May 3rd for all the details on our 1st Inspiration Board Workshop and the post from April 17th about workshop details). In a nutshell, I will be leading a workshop on making your very own inspiration board.

We will be creating w/ vintage frames of all sizes (ornate, primitive and/or industrial chic), fabric (most vintage), tons of ephemera to be used for creating our pushpins and embellishing our boards and other various materials. All materials and a yummy dessert are included in the cost of $40.00/person. Please call the shop at (515) 233-2600 to preregister and ask any questions. You may also email me at jbknacker.brenda@gmail.com. We currently have 6 creative souls signed up, but have room for about 4-6 more! Also our next soldered charm workshop (please scroll down to see post from May 21st about our previous soldered charm workshop) will tentatively be scheduled for Wednesday, July 29th from 6-8pm. Again call the shop for details and to preregister. Brenda
